About Hillcroft Photography
Specializing in Small Outdoor Weddings & Elopements
Finding a photographer can be stressful when you don't know who to look for, or what you're looking for! I totally get it! I've been in your shoes! So let me help you out!
If you're a couple, looking for a photographer who you can connect with, who shares your same love for the outdoors and who will capture your relationship in a real and authentic way, I'm your girl!
You'll be able to enjoy your wedding day without any worries! I will capture your love and everything that you value, so that you will be able to look back on your images in 5 years from now and relive the same joy you had on your wedding day!
Hey - I'm Jess! I'm the owner, founder and lead photographer of Hillcroft Photography (the face behind the name)! My partner in life is my awesome husband, Kyle (yup, he's the pictures with me)!
Travelling and exploring new places is my second favourite hobby (obviously after photography) and when I'm able to combine both of my hobbies...I'm one happy girl!!!
Growing up in Muskoka, ON, I grew up outside, adventuring and discovering tons of breath-taking locations! You could always find me with a camera strapped around my neck.
I spent four years away at school, graduated with my degree in Criminal Justice and headed to the United Kingdom for Teacher's College (I told you I like travelling)! My now husband and I did long distance while I was overseas and when we were finally reunited, we had an outdoor, non-traditional wedding and we loved it!! It was through my own experience that kicked my butt into gear to start my wedding photography business! I love capturing small outdoor weddings and allowing couples to feel the same happiness I feel when I look back and think about my own wedding day!
I am based out of Kingston, ON, but I have shot weddings all across the province!
Whether you're getting married, engaged or up for a fun date idea, I want to help you capture your special moments today so you can feel the same joy for years to come!
